Birthday Wishes?

Recently, a number of people have been asking me what I want for my birthday. Though I really, really, REALLY do NOT want anything a few family members insisted on me coming up with something. I do love good food and I also enjoy being in the kitchen so naturally I mentioned my top William-Sonoma wish list items.

All Clad Slow Cooker

So many recipes seem to call for a slow cooker these days (several I have even posted). I still have yet to invest in one of these, so I figure I might as well go for the creme-de-la-creme of croc pots and do All Clad when it comes time to purchase one.

Pink Kitchenaid Mixer
I really love baking and I think an essential in any baker's kitchen (I can hardly call myself a baker) is a Kitchenaid. I have had the pink hand mixer for years, but I think it might be time to upgrade per the recommendation of many of you.
William-Sonoma Goldtouch Muffin Pan
I am obsessed with all WS Goldtouch items. I have numerous baking sheets and would love to eventually add the muffin pan as well as the round cake pans to my collection.

However, again, in reality I really do NOT need any of these items nor do I even want any gifts. I have so much stuff right now and no where to put anything, I need to get organized before adding anything else to my life. I would much rather that people that insist on doing gifts make a donation in my name to one of my alma maters or favorite charities ( Taft, Compassion International, etc). On my birthday I would just love to get a few messages, emails, tweets or calls from those that I love; that would be the best gift in my opinion!
