I am very happy to introduce to you the first of my five inspiring Creative Giveaway winners.....
Beth of Ruby & Co
Beth was already a follower of my blog when she won my giveaway so I was thrilled that it was her! I am also a great knitwear fan and love her style....I have learned to knit this year but am completely in awe of anyone as creative as she is!
Located in the Ocean State of Rhode Island, Beth has two Etsy shops....one for her gorgeous knitting and one for recycled vintage items....
....I absolutely love this jumbo cowl neck scarf....and have ordered it from Beth in a charcoal colour....not only does she create her own designs, but she can custom make items from photos or ideas you may have....how fabulous is that!!?
....the Big Daddy cable knit scarf....
....fingerless mittens in charcoal....
....skinny ribbon scarf....
....cowl neck scarf....
....check out other designs too in her Etsy shop....
A knitter for over fifteen years since a girlfriend showed her a "knit" stitch, she has never looked back, experimenting with different yarns, customizing designs, working with clients on special projects to create something quite unique and setting up her own Etsy shop.
Beth welcomes custom designs and will ship anywhere...shipping within the US is free :)
Beth also writes a daily lifestyle blog which is well worth a visit .....in her own words.... "my blog is a mélange of beautiful images and meaningful dialog that inspire both myself and others. I tend to have a little design OCD and am continually updating and restyling both my blog and home as the whim arises. My interest is in taking someone else’s junk and finding a way to reinvent it into a meaningful part of our home décor...."
....go check her out!!!!
Beth's other Etsy shop is Ruby's Upcycle Designs which she says is an overflow for the vintage items she comes across during her hunt for all things "old, shabby, chippy and marvelous!"
Beth is also a wife and a mother who has lived in the same seaside community for eighteen years....and I have to tell you that she is also a FIVE time cancer survivor....I am honestly not sure I have the words to say how inspiring that is.
She often writes me lovely comments on my blog but through writing this blogpost I have got to know her a little more.....it has been an absolute pleasure Beth, thank you so much.
