Friday Fabulousness....

Friday night at last, it's been another whirlwind of a week....phew!

Bonfire Night here in London this week-end, I can hear fireworks going off already :)

I started my Thai cookery class this morning - part of my PerfectCare project....it was fantastic,

I can't wait to learn more.

It takes a lot for me to get nervous....but this week I did something I was a little apprehensive about...

the world didn't end and it went very well.

Have courage!
