I managed to stay up and watch most of the Red Carpet coverage at the Golden Globes last night....we are eight hours behind LA. Lots of fabulous dresses....and a few not so good choices too. It was interesting seeing how all those actresses managed in the LA rain after spending hours in hair and make-up! I know that these awards ceremonies are a big deal and so many people have a little - or a lot - of cosmetic help just beforehand....maybe we are all getting better at spotting it, but I was surprised to see quite a few very famous faces looking slightly...well, startled to be honest. I did giggle too at one actress, literally shuffling her way down the red carpet and barely able to walk in her extremely tight dress - she looked fabulous when she stopped and posed for the cameras but when it was time to move.....yikes! Goodness knows how she sat down for lunch or dinner.
