I discovered Liz over at but then i had kids..... when I first started blogging and I have always been a big fan of her writing.

She wrote a guest-blog for me here in "What I Learned from Carrie Bradshaw" which really tells you all you need to know about her.....she's honest, funny, brave and a very good writer.

She's also a teacher - sadly for me in Florida, not here in London :)

Liz has just started a series entitled "Six Word Fridays"....

I thought today I would borrow her idea and try it out......a good challenge for me since I may be many things but succinct and sparing with words is not one of them :)

Liz managed to use her six words much more cleverly than me....but that's my Wednesday so far, some child-free hours. hoping the sun comes back and off for a much-needed lunch with friends.
