. . . crème caramel-coloured velvet perfectly paired with lucite, exotic wood and modern classics, sweeps of carerra and ultra-glamorous mirrors, and most of all, beautiful spaces that defer to the elements of views, art, and light . . .

{hello + a new week}

. . . hello again! another beautiful summer weekend has come and gone, and so much so, that couldn't resist one more day away . . . and now, a new week and so lovely to be back again, more inspired than ever and utterly overflowing with lovely things to share . . .

hope you are well and that your week is off to a perfect start,
xo

{p.s.} is there anything more beautiful than carrera marble?

{storage inspiration: pretty jewelry display}

. . . isn't this the most loveliest way to display pretty gold necklaces and delicate silver earrings?

. . . have bits & pieces laying about on nearly every surface around the house -- a pair of glamorous & very sparkly earrings for cocktail parties on the bureau, a strand of pearls here and a pair of diamond studs there -- and would be so wonderful to keep things a little more organized, {especially on those mad-dash mornings}, while also turning favourite pieces from those we love into perfectly beautiful works of art . . .

{hello + a few things}

. . . hello! apologies for the rather sporadic start to the week -- one of those dashing about days, meetings and appointments, a quick stop at the market on the way home for a bouquet of champagne-coloured roses and now there's much catching up, but also a few wonderful things to share a little later, as well as another beautiful give-away, so check back if you like -- would be lovely to see you xo

{p.s.} shall never tire of marble table tops or staircases

{colour inspiration: petal pink + french grey}

. . . charming florals paired with elegant mirrored side tables and delicate lilac petals on bright windowsills, tea cups and cakestands and beribboned shoes; alongside marble and mother-of-pearl and bits of gold and whether in shades of champagne, taupe or tea rose, shall always and forever adore perfectly pretty pink . . .

{inspiration: weekend brunch}

. . . whether Paris or New York, or a perfectly leisurely morning at home, one of the best things about weekends is late morning brunches -- strawberries and scones, chandeliers and carrera, mimosas and pretty gold-rimmed tea cups, and most of all, freshly baked and buttery croissants . . .

{p.s.} weekend wishes & a perfectly wonderful collection of links to follow -- check back if you like xo

{two lovely things: white + grey}

{two lovely things:} a beautiful arrangement of industrial steel, gleaming silver and delicate glass . . . and luxurious floor to ceiling carrera, combined with umembellished mirrors and brushed steel -- both in a perfect mix of white and grey and sunny bouquets . . .
