I was so very excited when Simone asked if I'd put together a guest post in her absence. I rattled ideas around in my brain for days. I had an idea then I scratched it. Another came and went. Then, it finally came to me.

My name is Misty, but everyone in blogland knows me as hotpants™. There's a couple of things you should know about me before we can be friends. I love celebrities, vampires and shiny gadgets. I also love Elvis. I could listen to this man sing 24/7. And, that face... those eyes... He was one good lookin' man. As a native Memphian, I thought I'd share a piece of home with each of you.
