. . . while evenings in the city may be spent in heels and cocktail dresses, weekends away in the country are laid-back in a quilted Barbour and a pair of wellies, and after the apple orchards and pumpkin patches, the golden fields of wheat and rustling yellow leaves, a perfect afternoon for an autumn picnic for two . . .

. . . and in the midst of all the busy-ness this week, a few moments to leaf through wallpaper samples and for lunch dates, for long, leisurely conversations and perfect stolen kisses . . . and for the next two days, the enchanting sound of falling leaves and silvery clouds, elegant marble floors and long cashmere scarves, and most of all, knowing for certain that le coup de foudre/love at first sight truly does exist . . .
