. . . hello! has been a while since there was site news and today there are many exciting things . . . under the intoxicating glow of dimly lit chandeliers and candlelight over a late dinner one evening, p. came up with the brilliant idea of creating a beautiful way to browse the {this is glamorous} archives, and while things are only at the beginning, here are the new pages so far . . .

{two lovely things:} whether a dreamily cozy reading corner or a wonderfully elegant dinner party, always drawn to that perfect shade of champagne, more lovely with utterly romantic bits of lace . . .

{p.s.} isn't it a brilliant idea to combine glass dinner plates and beautifully handwritten doilies as place cards?

{dreaming of a january thaw}

. . . has been snowing all day and still -- and despite fighting a cold {tissues and cough drops and lemon and honey}, looking forward to being cozy by candlelight, even while resisting thoughts of spending the rest of winter on the beaches of sunny spain . . .
