For the last few days I have been suffering from "tennis elbow"...
despite not having played tennis for many years.....
It's my right hand - and my "mouse" hand so I wondered if it could be too much time spent on my iPhone/iPad/laptop but apparently not :)
All I know is that it's painful and inconvenient.
....and exasperating!!
I had to get my daughter to fix my hair this morning - altho I did my own make-up left-handed out of sheer desperation since I have a meeting later!
It's amazing how much more challenging just about everything is when you're doing it with the "wrong" hand!
I had such high hopes after first my dance class on Sunday but I fear my career as a dancer may never happen ;)
So, for the next few days my posts will be short and sweet....
October is here, my favourite month of the year....
there's a breeze today but the sun is shining in London.
